The Black Forest gateaux has two layers of 'sugar syrup soaked' chocolate sponge, which is sandwiched with a layer of fresh cream and black cherries. Topped with generous coating of fresh cream. The gateaux is decorated with grated chocolate and red cherries.
Note - Cake must be ordered at least 24 hours before the delivery date & it’s not recommended for out of Colombo delivery as the cakes tends to melt faster.
