The Nut Crispy is a rectangular cake. The bottom half of the cake comprises of a biscuit layer which is covered with a layer of chocolate, fruits and nuts. The layers are sandwiched with butter icing.
The top half of the cake is a 'sugar syrup soaked' layer of vanilla sponge cake, finished off with gateaux garnish cream, ganache, butter cream and pieces of cashew nuts.
Note - Sponge cake must be ordered at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
