The large ergonomic head has an inlaid surgical grade stainless steel surface with the appropriate blade sharpness that works instantly to shave off layers of dried calluses and hard skin. Use the coarse side to remove rough or hard skin from the soles and heels, and the fine side to smooth and buff. It can be used on dry or damp skin.
