The Royal Gateaux is a rectangular cake, the bottom half is a 'sugar syrup & orange concentrate' soaked vanilla sponge layer which is sandwiched with a orange flavored butter cream and layered on top with 'syrup soaked' chocolate sponge.
The top half is a vanilla sponge layer and cream, garnished with strips of jam, apricot gel, and decorated with a border of gateaux cream.
Note - Sponge cake must be ordered at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
